BOSCH’s shows unfading support to Give A Life

A commemoration program was held in honor of BOSCH, Inc. on October 24, 2007, at Room No. 4 of Neonatal Intensive Case Unit (NICU) of Dr. Jose Fabella Memorial Hospital. Donations of BOSCH, Inc. to Give a Life (GAL) Charity and Springboard foundation have made the renovation of NICU, Fabella Hospital – a reality !

Doctors of Fabella hospital, Ms. Annette Helbig, President of Springboard and Mr. Stephen Jarvis of GAL, acknowledge Mr. Roland Odenthal, BOSCH’s President for the company’s unfading support to the foundations’ humanitarian and good-hearted projects throughout the years.

At NICU, fire proof walls, non-slip rubber floor matting and storage cabinets and sinks were placed and constructed because of BOSCH’s donations. All of these changes prevent the spread of infections usually threatening newborn patients. Because of the renovation, the rate of nosocomial infections relatively decreased. Movement of personnel, hospital equipment, and supplies such as Oxygen tank is now made easy and safe.
