Sponsored by the Springboard Foundation   Pictures of the  Refurbishment.   (Click to View a Larger Size Picture)     A Typical Room Refurbishment Included.   Walls - Sanded, repaired and repainted with washable paint.   Ceilings - Replaced with a suspended ceiling with replaceable long life vinyl covered washable panels.   Electrical - All switches, sockets replaced.                  - Wiring replaced were required.   Lighting   - Replaced with NEW Energy efficient luminaires.   Plumbing and Sinks - Replaced were required.   Floor - All damaged Ceramic Tiles repaired and holes filled.   Glass - Missing and broken glass replaced.   Curtains - Installed.
