A Typical Room Refurbishment Included.
Walls -
Replaced by a innovative design that utilizes a
removable Dry wall system. This allows
maintenance behind the walls for Oxygen,
pneumatic and electrical works
Ceilings -
Replaced
with a suspended ceiling with replaceable long
life vinyl covered washable panels.
Electrical -
All switches, sockets replaced.
- Wiring replaced were required.
Lighting
- Replaced with NEW Energy efficient luminaires.
Plumbing and
Sinks - Replaced were required.
Floor -
Replaced with a heavy duty, sealed rubber
flooring.
Glass - Missing
and broken glass replaced.
Shelving,
kick boards and wall protector installed
