A Typical Room Refurbishment Included.
 
Walls - Sanded, repaired and repainted with washable paint.
 
Ceilings - Sanded, repaired and repainted with washable paint.
 
Doors - Replaced.
 
Electrical - All switches, sockets replaced.
                 - Wiring replaced were required.
 
Lighting   - Replaced with NEW Energy efficient luminaires.
 
Plumbing and Sinks - Replaced were required.
 
Floor - All damage repaired and holes filled. This is then covered with a Heavy Duty
            Rubber Flooring.
 
Glass - Missing and broken glass replaced.
 
Curtains - Installed.
 
Pediatric Intensive Care Unit. - Air Conditioning.
